Sub- Directorate: HR planning, Systems and Organizational Development

- Develop and implement employee health and wellness strategies and programmes.
- Promote and facilitate the implementation of occupational health, safety and environmental management strategies and programmes.
- Manage and facilitate HIV/AIDS and TB prevention support and treatment care programmes.
- Facilitate and manage health productivity management programmes.
- Facilitate and promote occupational health education and quality of life programmes.
- Manage and support the line managers with the implementation of PILIR.
