Purpose of the Programme:

Provide integrated developmental social welfare services to the poor and vulnerable in partnership with
stakeholders and civil society organisations.

These programmes address the special needs within communities.

It is made up of the following sub-programmes:

• Services to People with Disabilities
• HIV & AIDS
• Social Relief of Distress
